Collected here are sound artists Symposium 4H, ShuEt, Monosite, Boulez Republic and Transit (Maridet's solo project).Despite the cold art gallery ambience that surrounds much of this music, there are occasional flashes of cristalline brilliance where a glimpse of humanity can be detected moving behind the machines. Transit's sampled clinks and splashes makes his "1+1 Glass" a refreshing alternative to the often humourless laptop robotics, while Symposium 4H's Stealth bomber of a composition narrowly avoids to be caught up in the more playful electronis arena of ShuEt's "Beenzdanze", where Pierre Henry almost collides into Hanatarash. Equally thrilling is Boulez Republic's :Bouliwwod Ghost Are Still Hungry", a ripped and torn looping damaged electronics, stalled CD beats and crazy horse samples that carry you off on a wild ride.
